CCPA Privacy Requests

Your privacy rights

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and residents of several other states (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and others) have similar rights under their own laws. Subject to verification, these typically include the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected, used, shared or sold;
• Delete personal information held about you;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information;
• Receive no discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.

How this applies to LendMap USA

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not hold a database of visitor personal information — this site collects none (see the Privacy Policy). In practice that means a request to us will most likely confirm that we hold nothing about you, and no opt-out is required because there is nothing to opt out of.

How to submit a request

• Email privacy@lendmapusa.net with the subject line “CCPA Request”, or write to us at the same address with any other privacy question.
• Tell us which right you are exercising and, where relevant, the page or form involved.
• We may ask minimal information to verify your identity — only what is reasonably necessary, and only to match against what we hold (which is usually nothing).
• We respond within 45 days, as the statute requires; a single extension of up to 45 more days will be explained in writing if ever needed.
• You may use an authorized agent; we will verify both your agent's authority and your own request before acting.

Automatic opt-out signals

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor the spirit of it by default: this site sets no cookies and performs no sale or sharing, so there is nothing to process. If that ever changes, this page and the Cookie Policy will be updated first.

Information submitted through the loan request form

Personal information you enter into the third-party application form is controlled by that network and by the lenders that receive it — not by us. To exercise CCPA rights over that data, submit requests directly to the form operator and to any lender you accepted an offer from; their sites carry their own privacy notices and request channels. We cannot access, view or delete their records on your behalf.
